Refund policy

1. When canceling a reservation

A. After making a reservation, you can cancel up to before the item is shipped.
Cancellation fee will be charged.

B. If there is any defect in the product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product from Contactpage. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

C.E.O.D. is the name of the company.

C. If you wish to return or cancel your order, you will be responsible for the shipping and refund charges.

Please note, however, that we cannot accept cancellations or returns in the following cases.

Items that have been opened

Items that have been used

Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days

Items that have been damaged by the customer after arrival

2. Method of refund

After the cancellation, we will refund the difference after deducting the stipulated cancellation fee (and bank transfer fee in the case of the preceding paragraph C) to the credit card used for payment.
