Time of payment: Rental products will be settled upon completion of reservation, and sales products will be settled upon completion of purchase.

- Shipping charges will be incurred separately for sold products.

*Additional shipping charges will apply even for rentals to Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa.

Method of delivery: Delivered by a shipping company

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:


Cancellation fees after the reservation and before the product is shipped are as follows.

  • Within 7 days of reservation completion: Free of charge
  • Up to 30 days before the scheduled shipping date: 20% of the rental fee
  • Up to 7 days before the scheduled shipping date: 50% of the rental fee
  • Up to 6 days before the scheduled shipping date: 100% of the rental fee

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the product has been shipped, except in the following cases.

  • If you receive a product that is different from the one you reserved
  • If the product is defective with significant damage

In the above cases, please contact us immediately.
We will send you the correct product immediately. If we are unable to send you the correct product due to reservation status or other reasons, we will refund the full rental fee.
* Due to the nature of the rental item, there may be minor imperfections (stains, wrinkles, fraying, etc.) due to age. Please note that the refund will not be given if there are no problems with wearing the item.
* All trademarks and logos are the properties of their respective holders.
If you wish to return or cancel your order, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
