Simple strap shoes that are easy to match with any outfit. These shoes can only be rented as a set with a costume.

Rental Process

1) Choose your costume

Please choose your favorite costume.
Set costumes can only be reserved if both sizes are available.

2) Choose your delivery date

2 nights 3 days is the basic date.
You can book up to 180 days (6 months) in advance.
Choose your delivery date and return date from the calendar on the product screen.
*After selecting the delivery date, you can only select a date 3 days later when you open the calendar for the return date.
Once you have selected the date, if you want to change it, please re-select the delivery date.

3) Enter your shipping address

You can specify a shipping address other than your home. When entering your shipping address, please select "Use new address" in the pull-down menu and then register your specified address.

4) Payment

You can choose from the following payment methods.
  • Credit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

5) Pick up at the specified location on the delivery date

The shipping date is two days before (two days before) the specified delivery date.

8) Return completed

Heartmelt will notify you of the completion of the return by e-mail after we receive it.
If the product is damaged in a way that requires special maintenance or repair, we may charge you for the repair. In such cases, we will contact you.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery by TA-Q-BIN.

All rental items are shipped free of charge.

But the following additional shipping charges will apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa and Kyushu.

Additional Shipping Charges

Hokkaido and Kyushu: 1,000 yen

Okinawa: 2,000 yen

If you purchase only the products for sale, a flat 500 yen shipping fee will be charged nationwide.

Okinawa: 2,000 yen

If you purchase only sold products, you will be charged 500 yen for shipping.

If you purchase a rental item at the same time, the shipping cost will be the same as the rental item.

Cancellation/Returns

(1)Within 7 days of reservation completion: Free of charge

(2)Up to 30 days before the scheduled shipping date: 20% of the rental fee

(3)Up to 30 days before the scheduled shipping date: 20% of the rental fee

(3) Up to 7 days prior to the scheduled shipping date: 50% of the rental fee

(4) 6 days or later prior to the scheduled shipping date: 100% of the rental fee

*If any of (2), (3) or (4) applies even within 7 days of the completion of the reservation, the above cancellation fee will be charged.

*The shipping date is two days before (two days before) the specified delivery date.

(For example, if you use January 10, it will be shipped on January 8)

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the product has been shipped, except in the following cases.

  • If you receive a product that is different from the one you reserved
  • If the product is damaged to the extent that it is difficult to wear

In the above cases, we ask that you contact us immediately.
We will immediately send you the correct item or a replacement.

In the event that we are unable to send you the correct item or a replacement due to reservation status, we will refund the full rental fee.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damages other than the rental fee.
*If you contact us after the rental period is over, we will not be able to refund you regardless of whether you wore the item or not.
* Due to the nature of rental items, there may be minor defects (stains, wrinkles, fraying, etc.) due to age. Please note that if it does not interfere with wearing the item, it is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Cleaning

Cleaning is included in the rental price, so it is not necessary.

If you are worried, please add "Anshin Plus (¥500/¥1,000)" when you make a reservation so that you can use the service without worrying about any stains.

In the event of damage or stains caused by washing, stain removal, or restoration by the customer, the customer may be charged for the cost of restoring the item to its original condition.

Extension of the rental period

If you wish to extend the rental period, please be sure to contact us in advance. The extension fee is 20% of the rental fee per day.

Please understand that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the situation, such as when the next customer is waiting.

If you are late returning the equipment without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the rental fee per day as a late fee.

Use of Reused Cardboard, etc.

In order to reduce CO2 emissions during the cardboard recycling process, we will clean the cardboard boxes that are returned to us. Please understand this in advance.

We will also use reusable cloth bags for storing costumes after cleaning them each time.

Q. How long is the rental period?

A. Basically, 3 days and 2 nights. When making a reservation, please select the "delivery date" and "return date" from the calendar.

*After selecting the delivery date, you can only select a date 3 days later for the return date.

Q. How far in advance can I make a reservation?

A. You can make a reservation up to 6 months in advance.

Q. Can I place a hold before making a reservation?

A. We are sorry, but we cannot place an item on layaway while the reservation is unconfirmed.

A We are sorry, but you cannot place a hold on an unconfirmed reservation. If there are reservations for the same day or overlapping dates even after you have added the item to your shopping cart, the reservation completed first will take priority.

Q. I haven't received an email confirming my reservation.

A. Mails from our store will be sent from "hearmelt.jp" and "shopify.com".

Please change your settings so that you can receive emails from the above addresses if you have set any restrictions on receiving emails.

Q. Can you send to a location other than my home?

A. Yes, you can. During the reservation process, please select "Use new address" in the drop-down for the shipping address and enter it.

Q. I have soiled my costume

A. Please do not clean it and return it as is. Please do not clean it, but return it as is.

A.The costumes we currently handle range from size 75 to 130.

Some of our 100 size dresses and dresses can be worn by children up to size 120 or 130 depending on the design features, so please take a look.
